  •     Earnest money deposit date

  •     Home Owners Insurance policy purchased

  •     Inspection performed

  •     Inspection amendment presented

  •     Inspection amendment negotiating deadline

  •     Loan Application Date

  •     Loan contingency removed

  •     Loan Processing Completed    

  •     Loan Underwriting approval

  •     Loan Underwriting conditions

  •     Loan Underwriting submission

  •     Property Disclosure provided

  •     Property possession date

  •     Repairs completed

  •     Survey ordered, if requested

  •     Termite letter provided

  •     Title Search

  •     Utilities transfer

  •     Walk-thru scheduled

  •     Warranty purchase and/or transfer
