My favorite place to work is off of Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road between Interestate 85 and Highway 120.  Running down Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road starting at 85 you pass my office, RE/MAX Center, then my personal home, next comes my sister's home, then my daughter's home, then my church, then 120.  If you are looking to buy or sell real estate off of this stretch of road--I am your #1 choice.

My second favorite place to work is the areas surrounding the Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road corridor, including all of Lawrenceville, Suwanee, Dacula, Grayson, Buford, Sugar Hill and the outlying counties of Barrow and Jackson.  If you are looking to buy or sell real estate in these areas--I am your #1 choice.

My third favorite place to work is wherever there is a buyer or seller anywhere in metro-Atlanta.  Over the years I have worked in Marietta, Canton, Acworth, Douglasville, Smyrna, Fayetteville, Peachtree City, Stone Mountain, Madison, Conyers, Monroe and many others.    Each time I have the opportunity to emerse myself in another geographic pocket of real estate, my knowledge of the metro-Atlanta market is honed.  If you are interested in buying or selling real estate anywhere, call me up and let's negotiate.

PERSONAL

Married my high school sweetheart in 1973, our daughter, Crystal, came in 1979 and Jonathan was born in 1983.  Now Crystal is married to Jesse and they have two beautiful and perfect children, Ethan and Annabelle.  Jonathan is married to Rebecca and they have three ferrets and a cat.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

If you choose to work with me I will hold your file in my hand at least four times a week, think about what you want to achieve, and take some action.   We will talk as often as you want.  If you are a motivated buyer we will probably communicate at least once a day.   Additionally, I will adjust my schedule to fit what is best for you.   It is my goal to help you reach your personal real estate goals.
